Jill Biden, the new US First lady has revealed that she will continue to teach despite her husband winning the elections.

During President-elect Joe Biden’s eight years serving as vice president, Dr. Biden was a full-time English professor at Northern Virginia Community College, serving the area across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C.

‘If we get to the White House, I’m gonna continue to teach
,’ Dr. Biden said. ‘It’s important, and I want people to value teachers and know their contributions, and lift up the profession.’

The position of first lady is unpaid but tradition dictates they take on the role of White House taste-maker, planning the Christmas decorations, the Easter Egg roll, state dinners and affairs of that nature.
